摘  要:教学诊改是一种教学改革方式。在现代教育改革的过程中,高职院校要在人才培养过程中以教育工作的本质和性质为前提,不断提升教育质量,建立健全以学生为中心、以教师和技术人员为主体,基于工作过程的高职院校内部教育质量保证体系诊断与改进保障体系。高职院校教育质量提升机制对推动高职院校内涵发展具有重要意义,有利于实现专业课程教学过程的全面优化和高效运行,以期培养高素质综合型人才。Diagnosis and reform of teaching is a way of teaching reform.In the process of modern education reform,higher vocational colleges should take the essence and nature of education as the premise in the process of talent cultivation,constantly improve the quality of education,and establish and improve the diagnosis and improvement guarantee system of internal education quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges,which is student-centered,teachers and technicians as the main body,and based on the working process.The mechanism of improving the education quality in higher vocational colleges is of great significance to promoting the connotation development of higher vocational colleges,and it is conducive to realizing the overall optimization and efficient operation of professional courses,so as to cultivate high-quality comprehensive talents.
