摘 要:以临床胜任力为导向、推动基础与临床深度融合的医学教学模式是培养卓越医学人才的重要保障。病理生理学作为联系基础医学和临床医学的“桥梁学科”,不仅是推动基础与临床深度融合的重要切入点,更是医学教育发展赋予的使命担当。为了构建适合“新医科”背景下的卓越医学人才培养体系,中山大学中山医学院病理生理学教研室以“基础与临床深度融合”为切入点,探索了卓越医学人才培养的新模式:加强与临床相关科室合作,组建了基础与临床融合的教学团队,打牢基础与临床融合的根基;进一步结合病理生理学课程特点,优化课程体系建设,构建基于基础与临床深度融合的多维教学模式,即以临床胜任力为导向、以临床病例为载体、以学生团队为主体、以情景模拟为基础的多种教学形式结合的教学新模式。此模式在多年的教学实践中取得了良好成效,深受学生的喜爱,为培养卓越医学人才综合素质提供了新思路,也为“新医科”背景下的卓越医学人才培养体系的建立奠定了基础。A medical teaching method that suitable for clinical competency-oriented education and promotes the deep integration of basic and clinical practice is the fundamental guarantee for cultivating outstanding medical talents.As a“bridge subject”linking basic medicine and clinical medicine,Pathophysiology is not only an important entry point for the deep integration of basic and clinical medicine,but also a mission entrusted by the development of medical education.In order to build an excellent medical talent training system suitable for the“New Medicine”,the department of Pathophysiology,Zhongshan School of Medicine,Sun Yat-sen University,explored a new mode of excellent medical talent training based on“deep integration of basic and clinical practice”:we strengthened the cooperation with relevant clinical departments and established a basic and clinical practice integrated teaching team,laying a solid foundation for the integration of basic and clinical medicine.Then,combining with the characteristics of the Pathophysiology,we optimized the curriculum system and carried out a multi-dimensional teaching mode based on the deep integration of basic and clinical medicine,which combined with a variety of teaching methods,including case-based learning,team-based learning,scenario simulation,and ideological and political education.This multi-dimensional teaching mode is suitable for clinical competency-oriented education and the students are served as the main body.Good results have been achieved in many years of teaching practice by this multi-dimensional teaching mode,which is deeply loved by students.This multi-dimensional teaching mode plays an important role in cultivating the comprehensive quality of outstanding medical talents,and suitable for an excellent medical talent training system under the background of“New Medicine”.
