浅论高校英语专业辅导员的文化引领工作

摘　　要：高校辅导员具有多重身份,其不仅是学生管理者,也是文化引领者,引领学生沿着正确轨道成长发展,帮助学生树立文化自信,实现对中华优秀传统文化的传承与弘扬。该文首先分析高校英语专业辅导员的角色定位,其次指出高校英语专业辅导员开展文化引领工作的意义,最后重点探究高校英语专业辅导员开展文化引领工作的对策,以期为相关行业人员提供参考。With multiple identities,college counselors are not only student managers,but also cultural leaders who lead students to grow and develop along the right track,help students build cultural confidence and realize the inheritance and promotion of the fine traditional Chinese culture.This paper first analyzes the role orientation of counselors for the English major in colleges and universities,then points out the significance of their cultural leading work,and finally focuses on exploring the countermeasures for them to carry out cultural leading work,with a view to providing reference for relevant workers.
