摘　　要：科研创新能力是国家三级公立医院绩效考核指标体系的重要内容,具备高水平科研创新能力也是公立医院高质量发展的基本要求和重要标志。作者介绍了国家三级公立医院绩效考核指标体系中科研创新能力考核指标的内涵与意义,分析了三级公立医院科研创新能力考核结果的基本情况和存在问题,提出了加大政府部门资金投入、完善政府部门支持政策、优化医院内部考核制度、探索共建高水平科研平台等对策建议,以期对进一步提升三级公立医院科研创新能力、推动医学科研创新发展有所裨益。The ability of scientific research innovation is an important part of the index system of national performance evaluation of Grade III public hospitals.High-level scientific research innovation capability is the basic requirement and an important symbol of the high-quality development of public hospitals.The paper introduces the connotation of the evaluation index of scientific research innovation ability in the national performance evaluation of Grade III public hospitals and analyzes the existing problems of the assessment results of the Grade III public hospital's scientific research innovation ability.Then We put forward some suggestions,such as increasing government funding,improving government support policies,optimizing the hospital's internal assessment system,and exploring the joint construction of high-level scientific research platforms.We hope that it is beneficial to enhance further the scientific research innovation ability of the Grade III public hospitals and to promote the innovative development of our medical research.
