摘 要:老子是我国古代著名的思想家和哲学家,是道家学派的创始人。老子的德育思想深受当时所处经济、政治大环境的影响,是在道家学派核心概念“道”的理论基础上逐渐形成的。老子的德育思想内容十分丰富,其中包括“尊道贵德”的德育目标、“贵柔”的德育内容、“不言之教”的德育方法。这些德育思想对于新时代的德育工作具有重要的启示意义,“尊道贵德”启示德育工作要遵循德育规律、“贵柔”启示德育管理向柔性化发展、“不言之教”启示德育工作者要重视隐性德育工作。Laozi was a famous thinker and philosopher in ancient China,and the founder of the Taoist school.Laozi’s thoughts of moral education was deeply influenced by the economic and political environment at that time,and gradually formed on the theoretical basis of the core concept of Taoism of“Dao”.Laozi’s moral education thoughts are very rich in content,including the moral education goal of“respecting morality and guiding virtue”,the moral education content of“valuing softness”,and the moral education method of“teaching without words”.These thoughts of moral education have important enlightening significance for the moral education work in the new era.“Respecting morality and guiding virtue”enlightens that moral education work should follow the law of moral education,“valuing softness”enlightens that moral education management should develop towards softness,and“teaching without words”enlightens that moral education workers should attach importance to implicit moral education work.
