摘 要:随着高等教育改革进程的不断加快,国家对新时代人才的全方位发展越发重视。作为我国技能型人才培养的主阵地,高职院校应落实“五育并举”的教学模式。美育作为“五育”中的关键环节,有着审美、德育和创新三方面教育价值。各院校应在通识教育理念的指导下,以完善美育课程教材和专业化的美育团队为教学基础,优化美育教学体系,建构美育评价机制,尊重美学发展规律和不同专业特点,强化美育对人才塑造的影响,培养符合新时代发展理念的高素质人才。With the continuous acceleration of the reform process of higher education,the state pays more and more attention to the all-round development of talents in the new era.As the main position for cultivating skilled talents in China,higher vocational colleges should implement the teaching mode of“Five Education simultaneously”.As a key link in the“Five Education”,aesthetic education has three educational values in terms of aesthetics,moral education and innovation.Under the guidance of the concept of general education,colleges and universities should improve the teaching materials of aesthetic education courses and professional aesthetic education team as the teaching basis,optimize the teaching system of aesthetic education,construct the evaluation mechanism of aesthetic education,respect the laws of aesthetic development and the characteristics of different majors,strengthen the impact of aesthetic education on talent shaping,and cultivate high-quality talents in line with the development concept in the new era.
