摘　　要：科研育人可以提升学生的综合竞争力。当前司法行政类警察专业的科研育人存在着教师主体科研育人意识不强,教师的科研育人能力偏弱,科研育人载体不够丰富等诸多问题。为提高科研育人实效,从团队建设、人才培养方案设计、课堂教学改革和课外科研活动建设等方面给出建议。Scientific research and education can enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of students and is an important carrier of ideological and political education.At present,there are many problems in the scientific research and education of judicial and administrative police,such as teachers’weak awareness and ability of scientific research and education,and insufficient carriers of scientific research and education.Therefore,in order to improve the effectiveness of scientific research and education,suggestions are given from the aspects of team building,talent training program design,classroom teaching reform and extra-curricular scientific research activities construction.
