摘  要:新《职业教育法》包含了多项关于教师发展和教师队伍建设的内容,涵盖了德技并重、双元育人以及三教改革等方面。高职院校教师队伍高质量发展将面临多重挑战。面对挑战,提出以课程思政为抓手、以产教融合为主线、以三教改革为重点,以及以终身学习为目标等相应对策与建议。The new“vocational education law”was officially implemented on May 1,2022,and it includes several provisions regarding teacher development and the construction of the teaching staff.These provisions cover aspects such as the integration of knowledge and skills,dual-teacher education,and the reform of the trinity of teaching.Based on these contents,the high-quality development of the teaching staff in higher vocational colleges will face multiple challenges.In response to these challenges,it is proposed to take curriculum-based ideological and political education as the starting point,to make the integration of production and education the main line,to focus on the reform of the trinity of teaching,and to aim for lifelong learning,as well as other relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
