摘　　要：随着神经病学的快速发展,神经病学已经成为高等医学院校临床医学专业较重要的课程。神经病学是研究神经系统及骨骼肌疾病的病因、发病机制、诊治的一门医学学科,具有涉及范围广、专业性强等特点,加上神经病学具有知识点繁琐、枯燥、逻辑性强等特点,创新创业教育与神经病学教学结合已得到良好成效。关注创新创业教育在临床医学专业神经病学教学的应用,包括神经专科查体、介入治疗培训教学等。创新创业教学在降低教学难度、提高技能水平、激发学习兴趣等方面均具有重要作用,能够弥补传统教学方式的不足。但创新创业教育在临床医学专业神经病学教学的相关研究较少,相信随教学资源的完善和教学技术的成熟,创新创业教育会成为临床医学专业神经病学教学中的重要组成部分。鉴于此,本文就临床医学专业神经病学教学中创新创业教育的现状进行调查分析,旨在对创新创业教学在临床医学专业神经病学教学中的融入与实践进行总结和综述。With rapid development of neurology,it has been an important course of clinical medicine majors in higher medical colleges.Neurology is a medical discipline that studies etiology,pathogenesis,and diagnosis and treatment of neurological and skeletal muscle diseases,with characteristics of wide coverage and strong professionalism.in addition,it has features of being complex,tedious,and strongly logical.Combination of innovation and entrepreneurship education and theology teaching has achieved good effect.It is necessary to pay attention to application of innovation and entrepreneurship education in neurology teaching in clinical medicine,including neurological examination and intervention therapy training.Innovation and entrepreneurship teaching plays an important role in reducing teaching difficulty,improving skill levels,and stimulating learning interest,which can make up for shortcomings of traditional teaching methods.However,there is relatively little research on application of innovation and entrepreneurship education in clinical neurology teaching.It is believed that innovation and entrepreneurship education may become one of important components of clinical neurology teaching with improvement of teaching resources and maturity of teaching technology.in view of this,the article surveys and analyses current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in clinical medicine neurology teaching,to summarize and review integration and practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education in clinical medicine neurology teaching.
