摘  要:随着数字时代的到来,法律人才的数字素养成为衡量法律人才培养质量的重要指标。高校作为数字时代法律人才的培养基地,应该通过对法学专业学生数字素养的培育,使学生能够具有为数字时代的法治建设提供理论方案,为数字社会发展进行制度建构以及服务于数字法治实践的能力。为此,需要高校重构法学专业的课程体系与内容,引入智慧教学手段,并充分注重法学实践的智慧化,从理论与实践相结合中不断提高法学学生的数字素养,从而为数字法治建设提供高质量人才。With the advent of the digital age,the digital literacy of legal talents has become an important indicator for measuring the quality of legal talent cultivation.As a training base for legal talents in the digital era,universities should cultivate digital literacy among students majoring in law to prompt students to possess the abilities of providing theoretical solutions for the construction of the rule of law in the digital age,constructing institutions for the development of the digital society,and enhancing the ability to serve the practice of digital rule of law.Therefore,It is necessary for universities to reconstruct the curriculum system and content of law majors,introduce intelligent teaching methods,fully focus on the intelligence of legal practice,and continuously improve the digital literacy of law students through the combination of theory and practice,in order to provide high quality talents for the construction of digital rule of law.
