摘  要:目的:探索对分课堂,即课堂讲授-内化吸收-课堂讨论(PAD)结合小组合作式学习,即基于团队的学习(TBL)教学法,在组织学与胚胎学教学中的教学效果.方法:选择本校2020级中医学专业360名学生为研究对象.随机将其分为6个教学班(1~6班),每个班60名学生.将4~6班设为实验组(n=180),开展PAD结合TBL教学法教学;将1~3班设为对照组(n=180),开展传统教学.比较两组学生的综合成绩,并分析开展PAD结合TBL教学法的教学效果.结果:实验组学生的综合成绩明显高于对照班,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).问卷调查结果显示,实验班学生普遍认为PAD结合TBL教学法有助于提高学习积极性和学习兴趣,促进对知识的理解,并有助于提升学生的综合思维能力和表达能力.结论:PAD结合TBL教学法在组织学与胚胎学课程中的应用,有助于提高教学效果,提升学生的综合能力.Objective:To explore the effect of the presentation-assimilation-discussion(PAD)combined team-based learning(TBL)teaching methods in Histology and Embryology.Methods:A total of 360 students majoring in Traditional Chinese Medicine at the 2020 grade of our university were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into 6 teaching classes(1-6 classes),with 60 students in each class.The classes 4-6 were set as experimental group(n=180),and carry out PAD combined with TBL teaching method.The classes 1-3 were set as control group(n=180),and carry out traditional teaching.The comprehensive scores of students were compared between the two groups.The teaching effectiveness of PAD combined with TBL teaching method was analyzed.Results:The comprehensive scores of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It is generally believed that the PAD combined with TBL teaching methods can help improve learning enthusiasm and interest,promote knowledge understanding,and help to improve students'comprehensive thinking ability and performance ability.Conclusion:The application of the PAD combined with TBL teaching method in the course of Histology and Embryology is helpful in improving the students'teaching effect and comprehensive capacity.
