摘  要:将“双减”政策要求转化为中小学办学质量评价内容并建立与之相适应的评价机制,是当前教育评价改革面临的一项重要课题。学校办学质量评价应遵循质量为本、注重增值、尊重差异、多元参与的原则,通过细化指标形成测评点、研发适用于不同主体的测评工具、确定评价标准、构建学校办学质量指数等技术路径开展评价;同时还要建立政府部门协同联动、专业机构提供支撑、学校积极参与的组织管理机制,构建评价—反馈—改进—追踪的政策闭环,发挥以评促建的作用。The"Double Reduction"policy plays a crucial role in shaping the future development of compulsory education in China.It is necessary to integrate the requirements of this policy into school evaluations and establish a corresponding evaluation mechanism.In doing so,we should adhere to the evaluation principles of prioritizing quality,adding value,respecting differences,and encouraging multiparticipation.The above goals can be achieved by refining indicators to form evaluation points,developing subject-specific evaluation tools,establishing clear evaluation standards,and creating school quality indexes.Additionally,it is essential to establish an organizational management mechanism where government departments coordinate efforts,professional institutions provide support,and schools actively participate.To promote continuous improvement based on evaluations,a closed-loop system encompassing evaluationfeedback-improvement-tracking needs to be established.
