摘 要:在产业结构深化调整和社会职业快速变迁的时代背景下,职业院校专业定位及学生就业风险问题值得高度关注。本文探讨了职业院校专业定位与学生就业风险,就学生就业风险、发生原因、职业院校专业定位与学生就业风险产生机制等问题进行了研究,针对风险及产生机制提出了如下规避策略:调整专业定位逻辑,实现人才培养目标的动态化;创新教学组织方式,实现专业教学分步化阶段化;全面调动各方主体、实现专业设置分层动态协调;加强职业认知教育,增强学生的职业目标认同度;以及完善职业教育结构,构建专本研层次化职教体系。Under the background of deepening adjustment of industrial structure and the rapid changes of social professions,the professional orientation of vocational colleges and the employment risk of students deserve high attention.Based on the analysis of the professional learning results and the realization of vocational value,this paper discusses the professional orientation of vocational colleges and the employment risk of students,which studies the risk,causes,professional orientation and generation mechanism,puts forward the following avoidance strategies in view of the risk and the generation mechanism,that is,adjust the professional orientation logic to achieve dynamic talent training objectives,innovate the teaching organization mode to realize stepwise and staged professional teaching,comprehensively mobilize all stakeholders to achieve hierarchical and dynamic coordination of professional Settings,strengthen vocational cognitive education to enhance students'recognition of career goals,and improve the vocational education structure and construct the junior college-undergraduate-postgraduate vocational education system.
