摘  要:目的 探讨本专科护生心理韧性对学习倦怠的影响以及学业自我效能感在其中的中介作用。方法采用便利抽样法,于2023年3月通过大学生学习倦怠量表、学业自我效能感量表和心理韧性量表对四川省2所高校的779名本专科护生进行调查。结果 有19.54%的本科护生及26.67%的专科护生存在学习倦怠,学业自我效能感与学习倦怠呈负相关(r=-0.665,P<0.001),心理韧性与学习倦怠呈负相关(r=-0.504,P<0.001),学业自我效能感与心理韧性呈正相关(r=0.665,P<0.001),学业自我效能感的中介效应占总效应的77.99%。结论 本专科护生学习倦怠水平较高,心理韧性会直接影响学习倦怠,也可以通过影响护生的学业自我效能感间接影响学习倦怠。Objective To explore the influence of psychological resilience on learning burnout and the mediating role of academic self⁃efficacy in college nursing students.Methods A convenience sample was used to survey 779 nursing students in two universities in Sichuan Province in March 2023 through the College Student Learning Burnout Scale,Aca⁃demic Self⁃Efficacy Scale,and Psychological Resilience Scale.Results Among the undergraduate nursing students and 26.67%of the specialist nursing students,academic self⁃efficacy was negatively correlated with learning burnout(r=-0.665,P<0.001),and psychological resilience was negatively correlated with learning burnout(r=-0.504,P<0.001),academic self⁃efficacy was positively correlated with psychological resilience(r=0.665,P<0.001),and the mediating effect of academic self⁃efficacy accounted for 77.99%of the total effect.Conclusion Nursing students have a high level of learning burnout,and psychological resilience will directly affect learning burnout,and can also indirectly affect learning burnout by affecting nurs⁃ing students’academic self⁃efficacy.
