终身学习理念下成人高等教育改革

摘　　要：随着信息时代、知识经济时代的全面到来,我国科技水平不断提升,新行业、新技术、新知识层出不穷。为了更好地满足大众群体学习的需求,构建学习型社会、建设终身教育体系成为当务之急。在新时代境遇以及社会潮流推动下,我国成人高等教育呈现出美好的发展前景和良好的革新态势,同时也面临许多挑战。因此,在终身学习理念下,通过研究分析我国成人高等教育发展形势,借鉴发达国家经验,充分认识到成人高等教育改革的迫切性的现实意义,提出了成人高等教育改革应从更新教育观念、健全管理体系、推进“三教”改革、明确政府职责等四个方面进行探索,以期为我国成人高等教育进一步深化改革发展提供几点参考。With the advent of the information age and the knowledge economy era,and the continuous improvement of China’s scientific and technological level,new industries,new technologies and new knowledge emerge in an endless stream.In order to better meet the learning needs of the masses,it is urgent to build a learning-oriented society and a lifelong education system.Under the circumstances of the new era and the trend of society,China’s adult higher education presents a good development prospect and a good innovation trend,but is also faced with many challenges.Therefore,under the concept of lifelong learning,through the research and analysis of adult higher education development situation in China,this paper draws lessons from the experience of developed countries,fully explains the practical significance and the urgency of adult higher education reform,and puts forward four aspects of adult higher education reform:updating education idea,improving the management system,promoting the reform of teachers,textbooks and teaching methods,clarifying government responsibilities,in order to provide references for furthering the reform and development of adult higher education in China.
