摘　　要：为探讨影响高职护生护士执业资格考试通过率的独立危险因素,选择江苏护理职业学院2019年、2020年和2021年护考学生为研究对象,将2019年、2020年和2021年未通过护士执业资格考试的考生纳入实验组,将通过护士执业资格考试的考生纳入对照组,开展研究。基于3年回顾性研究分析高职护生护士执业资格考试通过率的影响因素,可以及时预见和规避学生护考不通过的风险因素,帮助学生顺利通过护考,从而提高护理人才培养质量。To explore the independent risk factors affecting the pass rate of Nurse Qualification Exams for nursing students from higher vocational colleges,nursing students from Jiangsu College of Nursing in 2019,2020,and 2021 were selected as the research subjects.Candidates who did not pass the Nurse Qualification Exams in 2019,2020,and 2021 were included in the experimental group,while those who passed the Nurse Qualification Exams were included in the control group for the study.Based on a 3-year retrospective study analyzing the influencing factors of the pass rate of the Nurse Qualification Exams for Nursing Students from Higher Vocational Colleges,it is possible to timely anticipate and avoid the risk factors of students failing the Nurse Qualification Exams,help students pass the Nurse Qualification Exams smoothly,so as to improve the cultivation quality of nursing personnel.
