摘　　要：以研究持久性有机氯污染物检测的样品前处理方法为基础,设计了一个综合性仪器分析实验,内容包括红外光谱表征、同步热分析表征、固相微萃取实验条件优化及气相色谱对样品中持久性有机氯污染物进行定性与定量分析。在实验过程中,学生充分参与完整的仪器分析实验流程,有效提高了学生的综合思维能力和解决实际问题的能力。A comprehensive instrumental analysis experiment was designed based on persistent organochlorine pollutant detection.The quantitative and qualitative analysis of the organochlorine pollutants in red wine samples was carried out through infrared spectroscopy characterization,synchronous thermal analysis characterization,optimization of solid-phase microextraction conditions,and gas chromatography.The designed experiment allows students to participate in the entire instrumental analysis process and cultivates their ability to solve practical problems.
