摘 要:案例式教学是以生产中的案例为授课内容,促使学生通过分析案例,实现学生间的讨论和团队合作,提高解决问题的能力。作为动物科学专业的核心课程,《牛生产学》是一门实践性较强的课程,在实际教学过程中通过引入牧场中的案例,提升学生兴趣,实现真正的理论知识灌输,提高学生综合分析能力。该文先归纳案例式教学的特点,并以《牛生产学》课程为例,分析案例式教学的前期准备及实施过程,探索案例式教学在地方院校《牛生产学》课程中的应用,旨在改善教学质量,培养动物科学专业应用型人才。Case teaching is based on the teaching content of cases in production,which promotes students to realize discussion and team cooperation among students through case analysis and improves the ability to solve problems.As the core course of animal science major,cattle production is a highly practical course.In the teaching process,cases in practice are introduced to enhance students'interest,realize the real theoretical knowledge infusion and improve comprehensive analysis ability of students.This paper firstly summarized the characteristics of case teaching,and took the course of cattle production as an example,analyzed the preparation and implementation process of case teaching,explored the application of case teaching in local universities,so as to improve the teaching quality and cultivate application-oriented talents in animal science major.
