摘  要:选用低共熔溶剂(DES)提取黑小麦麸皮中的多酚。以多酚提取量为指标,先筛选出最佳提取溶剂,然后在单因素试验的基础上通过响应面法优化提取工艺条件。结果表明:最佳提取工艺条件为质量分数27%氯化胆碱-尿素(DES-7)水溶液、提取温度71℃、料液比1∶94(g/mL)、提取时间1.5 h,在此条件下黑小麦麸皮多酚提取量为(9.23±0.14)mg/g。Deep eutectic solvents(DES)were used to extract polyphenols from rye bran.Using the ex-traction amount of polyphenols as indicator,firstly the optimal extraction solvent was screened,then the extraction process conditionswere optimized by response surface method on the basis of single factor ex-periment.The results showed that the optimal conditions were the mass fraction of choline chloride-urea(DES-7)aqueous solution 27%,extraction temperature 71℃,material to liquid ratio 1:94(g/mL),and extraction time 1.5 h.Under these conditions,the extraction amount of polyphenols from rye bran was(9.23±0.14)mg/g.
