《傅雷家书》的育人理念及其时代借鉴

摘　　要：《傅雷家书》是由傅敏整理编辑的傅雷夫妇与儿子傅聪和弥拉的书信,展现了父辈对儿子真切的深情呵护和谆谆教诲,蕴含着丰富的教养理念,主要为培塑高尚人格、厚植爱国情怀、注重生命启迪和建构职业道德观。新时代要以明确家庭教育中的道德规范和要求,发挥实践在爱国主义教育中的积极作用,提高生命教育在教育过程中的实效性,突出社会主义核心价值观的价值导向为着力点,进一步发挥其育人的时代效能。Fu Lei's Letter,compiled and edited by Fu Min,is a collection of family letters from Fu Lei and his wife to their sons Fou Ts'ong and Zamira Menuhin.It shows a father's sincere care and inculcation for his sons.It contains rich educational ideas,mainly to cultivate noble personality,cultivate patriotic feelings,focus on life enlightenment and construct professional ethics.In the new era,it is necessary to clarify the moral norms and requirements in family education,give full play to the positive role of practice in patriotism education,improve the effectiveness of life education in the educational process,and highlight the value orientation of socialist core values as the focus,so as to further give full play to the effectiveness of its educational era.
