新中国著名大学校长教育家精神的当代价值

摘　　要：大力弘扬教育家精神是党和国家倡导教育家办学的新要求、具体化表现。新中国著名大学之著名校长是新中国教育家的代表,他们具有中国特有的教育家精神,他们所拥有的教育家精神是推动高等教育事业高质量发展的宝贵财富,是高等教育高质量发展所需的一种精神支柱。新中国著名大学校长以其优良的工作作风、无私奉献的精神、热爱教育事业的情怀、崇高的办学理想、坚守教育规律的品质、办学治校的管理智慧、直面困难敢于担当的勇气为当今高校管理者治校办学树立了榜样。如何加强制度建设,完善管理机制,为生成新时代具有中国特色的教育家创造有利条件,是一个需要全社会进行思考与解决的重要课题。Carrying forward educator ethos is a new requirement for the CPC and the state to promote education by educators.The well⁃known presidents of some prestigious universities are the representatives of the educators in the PRC.They have a unique Chinese educator ethos,which is a valuable asset and a spiritual anchor for the high⁃quality development of higher education.They have set an example for university administrators today with their rigorous work style,selfless dedication,love for the cause of education,lofty ideals in education,adherence to the laws of education,school management wisdom,and the courage to bear responsibilities and resolve difficulties.It has become an important topic for the whole society to find out how they strengthened the system construction,improved the management mechanism and created favorable conditions for the generation of educators with China characteristics in the new era.
