摘  要:针对实际运行中某混合动力客车存在的振动偏大问题,对原悬置系统进行振动加速度测试和隔振性能分析。基于隔振理论,以悬置隔振率和车内振动加速度为评价指标,以悬置软垫刚度和安装角度为变量,采用对称式和非对称式两种悬置系统布置方案对隔振性能最差的发动机端悬置进行优化设计,并采集两种悬置状态下的振动数据与原状态进行比较分析。结果表明,非对称式布置的悬置方案更适合于单侧受拉的混合动力总成悬置系统的布置。In order to solve the problem of large vibration of a hybrid powertrain bus in actual operation,the vibration acceleration test and vibration isolation performance analysis of the original mounting system are carried out.Based on the vibration isolation theory,the mounting vibration isolation rate and vehicle vibration acceleration are taken as evaluation indexes,and the mounting cushion stiffness and installation angle are taken as variables,symmetrical and asymmetric mounting system layout schemes are used to optimize the engine end mount with the worst vibration isolation performance,and the vibration data of the two mounting states are collected and compared with the original state.The results show that the asymmetric mounting scheme is more suitable for the layout of hybrid powertrain mounting system under unilateral tension.
