摘　　要：作为食品相关专业核心课程——“食品添加剂”在食品工业产业实践创新型人才培养中具有重要意义。针对智慧教学推广率低、实践创新能力不足、学生学习缺乏主观能动性等痛点,提出了在“金师”背景下,利用农业院校的优势与特点,以资源材料库建议、虚拟仿真结合工程实训、学生学习能动性调动为切入点,构建“五育融合教育、对接经济发展新需求、嵌入学科前沿新进展、融入科研实践新成果(三全育人)”教学内容,创新教学模式和优化考核机制,通过以学生为中心、深入产教研融合、课内外联动-校内外联动、融入课程思政、揉入前沿进展及科研成果、多样化资源集成、双线结合等手段;提高学生的能动性和创新能力,以达到“一中心、一融合、五支撑”课程教学模式的改革与创新研究,使学生在学习专业文化知识的同时,让专业课堂更具温情,让本科教育教学更有爱的温度。As a core course of food-related undergraduates,Food Additives is of great significance to talent cultivation in the food industry.This coursed aims to solve the long-standing problems associated with the low universalization rate of smart teaching,the lack of practical and learning innovation of students.In the context of Golden Teacher along with the advantages and characteristics of agricultural universities,we focused on improving the content organization and teaching style of the Food Additives curriculum based on the strategy of“five-education integrated”education.We added new achievements in scientific research and practice,enhanced engineering trainings by enterprise collaboration and rearranged the ideological and political contents to drive learning motivation of students.As a result,this course reform would satisfy the urgent demands of economic development and keep up with the latest advances in food related researches.
