摘　　要：实现中国式现代化,关键在于执行人才强国战略,优化人才布局,并充分发挥职业教育在培养高素质技术人才方面的潜力。学生就业能力是职业教育成果与市场对技能人才需求之间的关键纽带,事关社会经济的稳定发展。而涉农职业院校学生在专业技术、实践实操、获取信息、人际交往、问题解决及自我定位等方面还存在不足。涉农职业院校应从创新人才培养体系、打造特色课程、建设高质量就业服务体系和全面提升学生就业综合素养等方面提升学生就业能力,使之成为国家、区域、行业和企业需求匹配的合格人才。The key to realizing Chinese-style modernization is to implement the strategy of strengthening the country with talents,optimize the layout of talents,and give full play to the potential of vocational education in training high-quality technical talents.Students'employability is the key link between the achievements of vocational education and the market demand for skilled talents,which is related to the stable development of social economy.However,the students of agriculture-related vocational colleges still have deficiencies in professional technology,practical practice,access to information,interpersonal communication,problem-solving,self-positioning and so on.Agriculture-related vocational colleges should improve students'employability from the aspects of innovating talent training system,creating characteristic courses,building high-quality employment service system and comprehensively improving students'comprehensive quality of employment,so as to make them become qualified talents who match the needs of countries,regions,industries and enterprises.
