摘  要:“双减”政策的颁布,在减轻青少年学生课业负担的同时,要求学生回归校园,对青少年健全人格的发展具有重要意义。“双减”视域下开展人格教育有利于发展青少年主体人格、培养正确价值观、弘扬优秀传统文化。但目前青少年人格教育中存在诸如青少年自身不足、教师育人意识淡薄、评价方式单一等问题。解决这些问题要从四个方面入手,即加强对家庭教育的重视、注重健康教育的开展、加强对教师的培训以及深化对素质教育的认识。The promulgating of the“Double Reduction”policy not only reduces the schoolwork burden of young students,but also requires students to return to campus,which is of great significance to the development of sound personality of young people.The development of personality education from the perspective of“Double Reduction”is beneficial to the development of teenagers’main personality,the cultivation of correct values and the promotion of excellent traditional culture.However,there are some problems in the personality education of teenagers,such as the deficiency of teenagers themselves,the weak consciousness of teachers,and the single evaluation method.To solve these problems,we should start from four aspects,that is,attaching importance to family education,paying attention to health education,strengthening the training of teachers and deepening the influence of quality-oriented education.
