摘 要:电信号输出量变化会影响有功功率与电量总功率之间的平衡关系,从而使电网频率发生偏移。针对此问题,设计基于粒子群算法的互联电网AGC随机最优控制系统。以AGC架构为基础对预测控制器实施滚动优化与反馈校正处理,完成控制系统的功能结构分析。在此基础上建立粒子群算法模型,根据自然频率特性系数求解结果,确定区域频率偏差指标的取值范围,完善互联电网控制策略,实现互联电网AGC随机最优控制。对比实验结果显示,随着电信号输出量的增大,所设计系统的有功功率与电量总功率之间的配比始终不会小于75%,不会造成电网频率偏移情况。The change of electrical signal output will affect the balance relationship between active power and total power of electricity,thus causing the frequency of power grid to shift.Aiming at this problem,a particle swarm optimization based AGC stochastic optimal control system for interconnected power grid is designed.Based on the AGC architecture,the predictive controller is implemented with rolling optimization and feedback correction,and the functional structure analysis of the control system is completed.On this basis,a particle swarm optimization model is established.According to the solution results of natural frequency characteristic coefficient,the value range of regional frequency deviation index is determined,the control strategy of interconnected power grid is improved,and the AGC random optimal control of interconnected power grid is realized.The comparative experimental results show that with the increase of the electrical signal output,the ratio between the active power and the total power of the designed system will never be less than 75%,which will not cause the frequency deviation of the power grid.
