职业教育对接服务芯片制造产业链的逻辑意蕴、现实困境与实施策略

摘　　要：加快构建自主、可靠的芯片制造产业链关系国家重大安全战略。对正处于快速成长阶段的新兴技术产业,职业教育如何更好地为其提供支撑服务是个重要的课题。文章认为产教对接服务是职教发展的核心要义、国家战略的关键路径和产业升级的必经之路,指出当前产教对接服务存在的现实困境。提出夯实产教融合发展生态以促进职业教育紧密对接芯片产业、改革现有师资引进策略以多措并举构建优质人才孵化机制、组建职业院校专业联盟以制定差异化、特色化专业建设规划等三大措施来助力职业教育更好地对接服务芯片制造产业链。Accelerating the construction of an independent and reliable chip manufacturing industry chain is related to the country's major security strategy.For emerging technology industries that are in a rapid growth stage,how vocational education can better provide the support services is an important subject.The article believes that the integration of industry and education services is the core essence of vocational education development,a key path of national strategy,and a necessary path for industrial upgrading.It points out the curent practical dilemmas in the integration of industry and education services.Propose three major measures to strengthen the integrated development ecology of industry and education,promote close integration of vocational education with the chip industry,reform the existing teachers introduction strategy with multiple measures to construct a high-quality talents incubation mechanism,and establish the professional alliances in vocational colleges to formulate differentiated and distinctive professional construction plans to help vocational education better connect with the service chip manufacturing industry chain.
