摘 要:数字化转型是不可逆转的时代潮流。职业教育数字化转型通过数字技术与职业教育各要素的高度融合,使职业教育内部要素结构、活动流程、教育手段与模式等发生系统性变革。当前,对职业教育数字化转型本质的认识还停留在初级层面,导致职业教育数字化转型存在认知性障碍、技术性障碍与代价性障碍,职业教育数字化转型停留在数字技术的应用与整合层面,不但降低了技术维度还推高了转型成本。职业教育数字化转型实质就是技术、制度与素养三个核心要素的逻辑重组,其中数字技术是职业教育数字化转型的硬性支撑,制度体系是职业教育数字化转型的软驱动力,数字素养是职业教育主体参与数字化转型的工具保障。职业教育数字化转型必须回到“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”这一价值逻辑原点,并以此作为价值原点与基本尺度,通过对算法模型进行“价值赋魂”来构建职业教育数字化转型的价值保护屏障,通过构建高效的防范干预机制以减少算法“失灵”与算法“脱轨”带来的风险。Digital transformation is an irreversible trend in the current era.The digital transformation of vocational education involves the highly integrated use of digital technology and all elements of vocational education,resulting in systematic changes to the internal structure,process flow,educational tools,and modes of vocational education.Currently,the understanding of the essence of vocational education digital transformation is still at a primary level,resulting in cognitive,technical,and costrelated obstacles to this transformation.This has led to vocational education digital transformation being limited to the application and integration of digital technology,reducing the technological dimension and increasing the cost of transformation.The essential nature of vocational education digital transformation is the logical restructuring of three core elements:technology,systems,and literacy.Digital technology is the"hard support"for the digital transformation of vocational education,the institutional system is the"soft driving force",and digital literacy is the"tool guarantee"for participants in vocational education to participate in digital transformation.Vocational education digital transformation must return to the value logic origin of"what kind of people to cultivate,how to cultivate them,and for whom to cultivate them",and use this as the value origin and fundamental scale.By giving the algorithm model"infuse value with soul",a value protection barrier for vocational education digital transformation can be constructed,and an efficient prevention and intervention mechanism can be established to reduce the risks caused by"algorithm failure"and"algorithm deviation".
