摘  要:目的:研究基于Roy适应模式的概念图教学在急诊科护理带教中的应用方法及效果评价。方法:选取本院急诊科70名护理实习生,随机分为各35名的两组,对照组应用常规教学法,试验组应用基于Roy适应模式的概念图教学法,带教结束后对两组护理实习生的带教效果进行对比分析。结果:试验组的出科考核成绩评分、急诊临床能力评分、临床实习适应能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急诊科护理带教应用基于Roy适应模式的概念图教学,能够显著提升护理实习生的出科考核成绩,增强护理实习生的急诊临床能力和临床适应能力。Objective:To study the application method and effectiveness evaluation of concept mapping teaching based on Roy's adaptation model in precepting in the emergency nursing department.Methods:Seventy nursing interns in the emergency department of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 in each group.The control group received conventional teaching methods,while the experimental group received concept mapping teaching based on Roy's adaptation model.After the precepting,the precepting effectiveness indicators of the two groups of nursing interns were compared and analyzed.Results:The scores of the experimental group in the post⁃rotation assessment,emergency clinical ability assessment,and clinical internship adaptation ability assessment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of concept mapping teaching based on Roy's adaptation model in precepting in the emergency nursing department can significantly improve the post⁃rotation assessment scores of nursing interns and enhance their emergency clinical ability and clinical adaptation ability.
