摘 要:目的:研究PBL联合TBL教学法在医学检验技术实验教学中的应用价值。方法:选取昆明医科大学2017级医学检验技术专业本科生104人为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组学生接受PBL-TBL联合教学法,对照组学生接受传统教学法,以学习成绩和教学满意度两个方面评价教学效果。结果:试验组学生理论成绩、实验成绩、总成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组学生教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PBL结合TBL教学法在医学检验技术实验教学中应用效果显著。Objective:To investigate the application value of the PBL combined with TBL teaching method in experimental teaching of medical laboratory technology.Methods:A total of 104 undergraduate students majoring in medical laboratory technology from the 2017 class of Kunming Medical University were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group received PBL⁃TBL combined teaching,while the control group received traditional teaching.The teaching effect was evaluated based on learning performance and teaching evaluations.Results:The experimental group's theoretical scores,experimental scores,and total scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the satisfaction with teaching effectiveness between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:PBL combined with TBL teaching method is superior to traditional teaching in the experimental teaching of medical laboratory technology,demonstrating significant application effectiveness.
