摘　　要：专业学位研究生教育是新时代国家重大战略和经济社会发展对人才培养提出的要求。当前我国硕士专业学位研究生教育存在重视不足、培养方案落实不够、实习基地投入不够等问题,这使得专业学位研究生与学术学位研究生培养趋同化,未能达到高层次应用研究型人才培养目标。培养单位应采取以下对策提高硕士专业学位研究生培养质量:转变“重学轻术”观念,重视专业学位研究生培养;积极搭建实践基地,落实专硕分类培养方案;加强专业学位研究生培养制度保障;做好职业资格认证与专业学位对接。Professional degree graduate education is a requirement for talent cultivation in the new era of major national strategies and economic and social development.At present,there are problems in the education of master's degree students in China,such as insufficient attention,insufficient implementation of training programs,and insufficient investment in internship bases.This has led to a convergence of professional degree graduate and academic degree graduate education,failing to achieve the goal of cultivating high-level applied research-oriented talents.The training unit should adopt the following measures to improve the quality of master's degree graduate training:change the concept of"emphasizing learning over skills",and attach importance to the training of professional degree graduate students;actively building practical bases and implementing specialized master's degree classification training programs;strengthen the guarantee of professional degree graduate training system;ensure the integration of professional qualification certification and professional degrees.
