摘　　要：随着市场需求的变化和技术的不断创新,职业教育系统需要不断完善教学体系,提高教育质量,以适应市场发展的变化。文章分析课证融通的内涵及人才培养要求,探讨基于“1+X”证书制度的高职课证融通人才培养模式存在的问题、基于“1+X”证书制度的高职课证融通人才培养模式面临的挑战,指出政府部门做好统筹规划和制度设计、学校建立并完善“1+X”证书制度培训评价体系、校企结合打造专业教育与技术技能培训并行体系是高职课证融通人才培养模式改革的主要路径。With the changes in market demand and continuous technological innovation,the vocational education system needs to continuously improve the teaching system and improve the quality of education to adapt to the changes in market development.The article analyzes the connotation and talent cultivation requirements of the integration of course certificates,explores the problems in the talent cultivation model of vocational education based on the"1+X"certificate system,and the challenges faced by the talent cultivation model of vocational education based on the"1+X"certificate system.It points out that government departments should do a good job in overall planning and system design,schools should establish and improve the training evaluation system of the"1+X"certificate system The combination of school and enterprise to create a parallel system of professional education and technical skills training is the main path for the reform of the vocational education curriculum certification integration talent training model.
