从象思维角度解构《金匮要略》多层分类法

摘　　要：《金匮要略》是张仲景《伤寒杂病论》杂病部分。《伤寒论》以六经辨证诊疗外感热病而自成体系、章次分明,容易学习、记忆。而《金匮要略》采用以病为纲、病证结合的模式诊疗杂病,所记载疾病种类繁多、范围广泛,形成了联系松散、相对独立的疾病单元。这使《金匮要略》的章节和目次略显“杂”乱,整体性、系统性不强,成为学习记忆、课堂教学和临床应用的主要障碍之一。中医根植于中华传统文化,而象思维是传统文化的主要思维方式之一,所以本研究以《金匮要略》相对固定的疾病种类为基本单元,从象思维角度进行剖析、解构,对其章次进行多层分类,以解决《金匮要略》“杂”乱无章、难以学习和记忆等难题,从而有助于教学和应用。Synopsis of the Golden Chamber is the miscellaneous disease part of Zhang Zhongjing's Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Miscellaneous Diseases.Treatise on Febrile Diseases has its own system based on the diagnosis and treatment of exogenous febrile diseases according to the six meridians,with clear chapters,which is easy to learn and remember.In the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,miscellaneous diseases are diagnosed and treated by taking disease as the key link and combining disease with syndrome.The recorded diseases are various and wide in scope,forming a relatively independent disease unit with loose links.This makes the chapters and contents of the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber slightly “miscellaneous” and disordered,and the integrity and systematisms are not strong.It has become one of the main obstacles to the learning and memory,classroom teaching and clinical application of the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.Traditional Chinese medicine is rooted in Chinese traditional culture,and image thinking is one of the main ways of thinking in traditional culture.Therefore,this study took the relatively fixed disease types in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber as the basic unit,analyzes and deconstructs the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber from the perspective of image thinking.In this study,the chapters were classified into several levels to solve the problems of “miscellaneous” disorder,difficulty in learning and memorizing,which will contribute to the teaching and application of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.
