摘　　要：“苗绣技艺”课程资源库建设是文化强国战略实施的具体路径,能推动职业教育改革,拓展优质教学资源,实现保护与传承非物质文化遗产苗绣的目标。文章在归纳“苗绣技艺”课程资源库建设的基础上,首先分析其建设优势,其次指明其主要作用,最后提出相应的优化路径。研究指出,应以专业人才培养方案为基础,制定资源库收纳标准,系统构建资源库框架体系,形成分级分类机制,依托信息化平台,整合资源库+MOOC教学方案,完善资源库平台功能,提升开放共享功能。The construction of“Miao Embroidery Skills”course resource library is a specific path for the implementation of the cultural power strategy,which can promote vocational education reform,expand high-quality teaching resources,and achieve the goal of protecting and inheriting the intangible cultural heritage of Miao Embroidery.On the basis of summarizing the construction of the“Miao Embroidery Skills”course resource library,this paper first analyzes its advantages,then points out its main role,and finally proposes corresponding optimization paths.Research suggests that professional talent training programs should be used as the basis to establish storage standards of resource library,systematically construct a resource library framework system,form a hierarchical classification mechanism,rely on information platforms,integrate resource library+MOOC teaching plans,improve resource storage platform functions,and enhance open sharing functions.
