摘  要:重症医学专业研究生培养过程中应大力推进课程思政的有效实施.重症医学临床实践中蕴含着大量的思政元素.教师在教学过程中需要挖掘与重症医学紧密相关的思政元素,主要包括:正确的生命价值观、慎独精神、沟通协作能力、医者仁心、工匠精神、廉洁行医,以及国家、人民至上等.在实施课程思政教学过程中,要求教师不断提高专业素养和道德修养、改进教学方法、在临床工作中以身作则.为了更好地实施课程思政,需要建立完善的教学体系,构建统一的课程思政素材库.The effective implementation of curricular ideology should be vigorously promoted in the training process of postgraduate students in critical care medicine.The clinical practice of critical care medicine contains a large number of ideological elements.In the process of teaching,teachers need to explore the ideological and political elements closely related to critical care medicine,mainly including:correct value of life,self-supervision spirit,communication and collaboration ability,healer's benevolence,craftsmanship,honesty and integrity in medical practice,as well as the supremacy of the country and the people,and so on.In the process of implementing curriculum ideological and political teaching,teachers are required to continuously improve their professionalism and ethics,improve their teaching methods,and set a good example in their clinical work.In order to better implement the curriculum ideological and political education,it is necessary to establish a perfect teaching system and a unified curriculum ideological and political education material library.
