摘 要:近年来,国内翻译出版了大量外国儿童文学作品,其中相当一部分为合译之作,这一现象值得学界关注。狭义上的合译是指两名或两名以上的译者共同翻译一本或一套儿童文学作品,其翻译质量与合译者的儿童文学素养、儿童观、合作模式等因素紧密相关。广义上的合译还涵盖了译者与编辑以及目标儿童读者之间的合作。除了译者的主体作用外,儿童文学编辑对译作的把关以及儿童读者的建设性反馈往往会对译作的质量产生重要影响。本文作者基于自身的儿童文学翻译实践,首先分析了儿童文学合译存在的必然性及原因,然后深入探讨了译者、编辑与儿童读者等不同主体间的合作关系。如果译者、编辑和儿童读者能够有效合作,发挥各自优势,可大大提升译作的质量。In recent years,a significant proportion of foreign children's literature translated and published in China has involved co-translation.It is a phenomenon that warrants scholarly attention.In its narrower sense,co-translation denotes the translation of a single book or a series of children's books by two or more translators,where the translation quality correlates closely with the co-translators'familiarity with children's literature,their perceptions of children,and their collaboration patterns.In a broader sense,co-translation encompasses collaboration between translators,editors,and the intended children readers.Aside from the role of translators,the editorial control over translations and constructive feedback from children readers often significantly influence the quality of the translated work.Drawing from the author's personal experience in translating children's literature,this paper first investigates the inevitability and underlying reasons for co-translation in children's literature.It then delves deeper into the collaboration among diferent participants--translators,editors,and child readers.An effective partnership leveraging each party's strengths can substantially enhance the quality of the translated work.
