浅析目的论视角下工程翻译中的译者主体性

摘　　要：目的论认为原文和译文之间的互动是由翻译目的来决定的,译者基于翻译目的做出的翻译选择和决策就是译者主体性的体现。在工程翻译中,译者须准确传达原文信息,同时考虑译入语读者的语言文化背景和理解需求。在知识层面,译者要准确转换原文信息;在语言层面,译者要选择恰当的词汇和术语,尤其是多义词的理解和翻译。翻译长难句时,需考虑英汉语言差异和译入语读者的可接受度,将英语长难句灵活转换为汉语的流水句、主谓短句等,也可进行信息重组,以保证译文的准确性、专业性和可读性。Skopos theory holds that the interaction between source text and target text is determined by the translation purpose,and the translator's choice and decision based on the translation purpose is the embodiment of the translator's subjectivity.In engineering trans-lation,the translator must accurately convey the original information while considering cultural background and understanding needs of the target readers.At the knowledge level,the translator should accurately transfer the original information.At the language level,the transla-tor should choose appropriate vocabulary and terms,especially the precise understanding and translation of polysemous words.When trans-lating long and complex sentences,it is necessary to fully consider the differences between English and Chinese as well as the acceptability of the target readers.English long and complex sentences can be flexibly converted into Chinese flowing sentences and subject-predicate short sentences,etc.The original information can also be reorganized to ensure the accuracy,professionalism,and readability of the trans-lation.
