摘  要:课程思政能有效推进医学教育改革,梳理、归纳课程思政维度有助于教师更好地理解课程思政,并更精准地挖掘、提炼思政元素.根据《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》对医学专业类课程思政的建设要求和国家对医学人才培养的要求,结合临床医学的特点和专业课程知识点,临床医学专业课程思政维度体系包括政治认同、家国情怀、文化自信、医学人文素养、敬业精神、高阶思维能力、科学精神、国际视野8个维度和26个二级指标点.对维度及二级指标点进行诠释,可以为临床医学专业教师挖掘、凝练思政元素,开展课程思政教学提供指导.Ideological and political education in course teaching can effectively promote the reform of medical education.Combing and summarizing the dimensions of curriculum ideological and political education can help teachers better understand course politics,and more accurately excavate and refine ideological and political elements.According to the requirements of the Guiding Outline of Constructing Course Politics in Colleges and Universities for the construction of ideological and political courses in medical specialties and the requirements of medical personnel training for national development,along with the characteristics of clinical medicine and the knowledge points of professional courses,this paper summarizes the ideological and political dimension system of clinical medicine courses,including eight dimensions of political identity,national feelings,cultural confidence,medical humanistic quality,professionalism,high-order thinking ability,scientific spirit,and international vision,and 26 secondary indicators,and then interprets the dimensions and secondary indicators.
