摘  要:全员育人导师制是新时代中小学校开创的一种全新教育教学治理模式。其在现有班主任等制度的基础上,发挥教师队伍潜力,构建和谐师生关系、家校关系,加强对学生的全面指导,促进学生全面而个性化的成长。本研究基于师生关系类型与学生一般自我效能感情况,在导师制开展的过程中思考并尝试构建“1+3”全员育人导师制新模式,旨在补充全员育人导师制模式的建构与实践研究成果,为其他中学全员育人导师制的建构、教师导师工作的开展提供一定的依据和指导。The tutorial system is a new education and teaching governance model created by schools in the new era.It is an important starting point to further exert the potential of teachers,build a harmonious teacher-student relationship and home-school relationship,strengthen the overall guidance to students,and promote the comprehensive and personalized growth of students on the basis of the existing class teacher system.Based on the type of teacher-student relationship and students’general self-efficacy,this study considers and tries to construct a new model of“1+3”all-staff tutorial system during the development of the tutorial system,aiming to supplement the construction of all-staff tutorial system model and practical research results,and provide certain basis and guidance for the construction and development of all-staff tutorial system and the development of teacher-mentor work in other middle schools.
