摘  要:残疾人在融合教育环境中的经历和感受是职业教育中不容忽视的重要部分,但目前对融合环境教育中的残疾人职业教育的质性研究仅有少数。经过筛选和质量评估,共有20篇文献被纳入,均为英文文献。该研究对纳入文献进行质性元分析,经概念转译与提炼,研究主题可归纳为外界接纳体验、外界排斥体验、自我接纳体验、自我排斥体验4个主题。该研究的发现一定程度上解释了残疾人职业教育质量和就业结果的影响因素,为融合教育环境下残疾人如何进行职业准备提供了参考。The experiences and feelings of persons with disabilities in inclusive settings are an important part of the vocational education that cannot be ignored,but there are only a few qualitative studies on the vocational education of persons with disabilities in inclusive settings.This study conducted a qualitative meta-analysis on 20 research papers written in English meeting the inclusion criteria.After conceptual translation and refinement,it was categorized into four themes:external inclusion experience,external exclusion experience,self-inclusion experience and self-exclusion experience.The findings of this study partly explain the influencing factors on the quality of vocational education and employment outcomes for people with disabilities,and provide a reference for how persons with disabilities are prepared for the careers in inclusive settings.
