摘　　要：硒是动物机体必需的微量元素之一,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗癌、防癌、免疫调节等功能。目前,硒在动物生产上的研究日益深入,但其对动物机体的具体调控机制还未被完全阐明。因此,笔者对硒的来源、摄入量、生理功能及在动物生产中的应用进行综述,为硒在动物生产上的进一步研究应用提供参考。Selenium is one of the essential trace elements in animal body,which has the functions of anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation,anti-cancer,cancer prevention,and immune regulation.At present,the research of selenium in animal production is becoming more and more in-depth,but the specific regulation mechanism of selenium on animal body has not been fully elucidated.Therefore,the source,intake,physiological function and application of selenium in animal production were reviewed in order to provide reference for further research and application of selenium in animal production.
