中高职有效衔接与一体化发展探究

摘　　要：中高职一体化发展是实现职业教育提质培优的重要抓手,对于推动现代职业教育高质量发展起着重要作用。中高职一体化虽已实施多年,但仍存在断层、失调等诸多问题。文章从院校、专业两个层面着手,分析中高职未能有效衔接的原因,并提出了完善中高职一体化的建议与对策:优化调整专业布局、改革创新人才培养模式、构建课程有效衔接机制、完善学生管理互通互融机制、建立质量保障体系。The integration development of secondary and higher vocational education is an important step to realize the high quality of vocational education and plays an important role in promoting the high-quality development of modern vocational education.Although the integration of secondary and higher vocational education has been carried out for many years,there are still many problems such as faults and maladjustment.This paper analyzes the reasons for the failure of the effective connection between secondary and higher vocational schools from the perspectives of colleges and specialties and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures,such as optimizing the professional layout,reforming the talent trainingmodel,improving the effective course connection mechanism,perfecting the student management integration mechanism,and establishing the quality assurance system.
