摘　　要：在猪肉食品安全中,瘦肉精残留是较为常见的问题。对此,本文讨论了猪肉中瘦肉精残留的检测技术,并分析了相应的监管对策,旨在提高检测质量和监管质量,更好地保障食品安全。Residual clenbuterol is a common issue in pork food safety.Therefore,this article discusses the detection technology of clenbuterol residues in pork and analyzes corresponding regulatory measures,aiming to improve the quality of detection and supervision,and better ensure food safety.
