摘 要:打造高水平师资队伍是高等职业院校改革发展的重要任务。师资队伍是支撑高职教育改革发展的关键力量,是发展高职教育的重要资源,体现着一所高职院校的软实力。本文分析了构建高职教师职业发展支持机制的必要性,高职教师职业发展应包含专业素养的培养、教育理念和教学方法的发展以及职业发展和培训等,构建高职教师职业发展支持机制应以师德师风为引领,提升教师综合素质;构建梯次衔接的教师培养培训体系,满足教师各阶段职业发展需求;建立科学的教师考核评价标准,客观公正评价教师工作业绩;持续完善教师职业发展激励机制,最大限度激发教师潜能。It is an important task for the reform and development of higher vocational colleges to build a high-level teaching staff.Teaching staff is the key force to support the reform and development of higher vocational education,is an important resource for the development of higher vocational education,and reflects the soft power of a higher vocational college.It is analyzed the necessity of constructing higher vocational teachers'career development support mechanism that higher vocational teachers'career development should include the cultivation of professional quality,the development of educational concepts and teaching methods,as well as career development and training opportunities;that the construction of vocational teachers'career development support mechanism should be guided by teachers'ethics and style to improve teachers'comprehensive quality to build a cascade teacher training system to meet the needs of teachers'career development at different stages,establish scientific evaluation standards for teachers to evaluate their performance objectively and fairly,and continue to improve the incentive mechanism for teachers'career development to maximize the potential of teachers.
