摘  要:高效开展社会培训是高职院校提高技能人才专业水平和综合素质、助力经济社会发展的重要抓手。高职院校社会培训的现实意义在于其既是经济社会发展赋予高职教育的历史使命,也是高职院校内涵式发展的客观要求。受培训模式不新、培训资源不足、管理机制不全、考核评价不严、培训主体不定等因素的影响,高职院校开展社会培训效度不强。鉴于此,高职院校可从创新模式、开发资源、健全机制、完善体系、强化保障等方面畅通培训路径,以全面提升社会培训效度,更好地赋能经济社会发展。Efficient social training is an important means for vocational colleges to improve the professional level and comprehensive quality of skilled talents,and to assist in economic and social development.The practical significance of social training in vocational colleges lies in that it is not only a historical mission entrusted to vocational education by economic and social development,but also an objective requirement for the inclusive development of vocational colleges.Due to factors such as outdated training models,insufficient training resources,incomplete management mechanisms,lax assessment and evaluation,and uncertain training subjects,the effectiveness of social training conducted by vocational colleges is not strong.In view of this,vocational colleges can smooth the training path from innovative models,resource development,sound mechanisms,improved systems,and strengthened guarantees,in order to comprehensively enhance the effectiveness of social training and better empower economic and social development.
