现代学徒制背景下“导游业务”课程现场教学的实践与思考

摘　　要：为提升高职旅游管理专业“导游业务”课程教学质量,培养学生导游业务实战技能,本文依托湖南省旅游管理专业现代学徒制试点,采用现代学徒制背景下的现场教学理念,对“导游业务”课程的教学内容、教学设计、教学实施和教学评价等环节进行重构并开展探索实践,利用校内实训基地和校外景区进行全真性现场教学,形成典型教学案例,以构建校企共建、工学结合的现代学徒制课程教学模式。In order to improve the teaching quality of the"tour guide business"course in higher vocational tourism management and cultivate practical skills of students in tour guide business,this article relies on the modern apprenticeship system pilot in Hunan Province,adopts the on-site teaching concept under the background of modern apprenticeship system,reconstructs and explores the teaching content,teaching design,teaching implementation,and teaching evaluation of the"tour guide business"course,and uses on-campus training bases and off-campus scenic spots for authentic on-site teaching,forming typical teaching cases,in order to build a modern apprenticeship curriculum teaching model that combines school enterprise cooperation and engineering.
