摘　　要：目的探讨“以器官系统为中心”的教学模式应用于临床实习教学中的效果评价。方法选取2022年8月—2023年3月于淄博市市立医院神经内科实习的临床医学专业的学生40名作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将分为对对照组与观察组,每组20名。其中对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组实施“以器官系统为中心”的教学模式。比较两组学生考试成绩和对教学改革的评价情况。结果观察组学生理论考核和技能考核成绩均优于对照组,操作时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组教学效果优良率为100.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“以器官系统为中心”的教学模式有利于构建临床专科系统化知识体系,提高学生综合能力,有助于提高神经内科临床带教效果。Objective To explore the effect evaluation of the"organ system-centered"teaching model applied in clinical practice teaching.Methods 40 students majoring in clinical medicine who practiced in the Department of Neurology of Zibo Municipal Hospital from August 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 20 students in each group.The traditional teaching mode was adopted in the control group,while the organ system-centered teaching mode was adopted in the observation group.The test scores and evaluation of teaching reform were compared between the two groups.Results The students in the observation group were better than those in the control group in theory and skill examination,and the operation time was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).The excellent and good teaching effect rate of the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than that of the control group 75.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The"organ system-centered"teaching model is conducive to building a systematic knowledge system for clinical specialties,improving students'comprehensive abilities,and helping to improve the effectiveness of clinical teaching in neurology.
