摘 要:在“五育融合”育人视域下高校要坚持“立德树人为主线、师生协同为关键、学生学习为主体、导师引导为助力”新理念,打破传统教学改革“头疼医头脚疼医脚”的痼疾,针对教学质量管理“碎片改革”问题,重视学生、老师、管理人员的全面协同,按照创新链与专业链“全链贯通”,专业与行业“同频共振”的新思路,对教学质量目标、动力、内容、载体进行全面优化,建设“师生双主体”教学质量管理体系。Under the vision of"five education integration",colleges and universities should adhere to the new concept of"moral cultivation as the main line,collaboration between teachers and students as the key,student learning as the main body,and tutor guidance as the help",breaking the chronic problem of addressing only the symptoms rather than the root causes in traditional educational reform,attach importance to the comprehensive collaboration of students,teachers and administrators in view of the"fragmented reform"of teaching quality management,and comprehensively optimize the teaching quality objectives,power,content and carrier,and build the teaching quality management system with“teachers’and students'dual subjects”in accordance with the new idea of"the whole chain connection"between innovation chain and professional chain,and"same frequency resonance"between profession and industry.
