摘　　要：企办高职院校是我国高等职业教育发展中的一个重要类型,研究以推动高职院校发展、提高高水平实训基地建设水平、提升人才培养质量为工作重点,探索企办院校装备制造类高水平实训基地建设目标和建设内容。依托实训基地建设,有效推动三教改革,加快双师型师资队伍建设,促进学生职业技能与职业素养双提升,使人才培养更具有针对性和适应性,有效助推企业转型升级、服务区域经济产业发展。A higher vocational college run by enterprises is an important type in the development of higher vocational education in our country.This paper,focusing on promoting the development of higher vocational colleges,improving the construction level of high-level practical training bases and improving the quality of personnel training,explores the construction objectives and contents of high-level equipment manufacturing training base in enterprise-run colleges.Based on the construction of the training base,we can promote the reform of the teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods,speed up the construction of the double-qualified teachers,promote the upgrading of the students'vocational skills and professional quality,and make the personnel training more targeted and adaptable,effectively promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises,and serve regional industrial economic development.
