摘  要:目的探讨OSCE模式在药学本科生临床实践考核中的应用效果。方法选取2021年5月至2023年6月在医院实习的96名药学本科生,采用OSCE五站式考核模式客观、全面地评估学生临床实践能力,并进行满意度调查和教学反馈。结果96名药学生OSCE平均成绩为(76.78±7.22)分,难度为0.77,区分度为0.32,服从正态分布;调查问卷Cronbach′sα值为0.907,KMO值为0.825。调查结果显示95%以上的学生对OSCE模式、内容以及实施过程、评分标准等满意;95%以上的药学生认为OSCE模式有助于培养临床思维,提升综合实践能力、交流沟通能力以及发现解决问题能力。结论OSCE模式应用于药学本科生临床实践考核,有助于提升学生的职业素养和药学服务综合实践技能,促进应用型药学人才培养,值得进一步推广。Objective To explore the application effect of OSCE model in clinical practice assessment of pharmaceutical undergraduates.Methods 96 pharmaceutical undergraduates who interned in hospitals from May 2021 to June 2023 were selected.The OSCE Five Station assessment model was used to objectively and comprehensively evaluate their clinical practice abilities,satisfaction surveys and teaching feedback were conducted.Results The average score of OSCE among 96 pharmaceutical undergraduates was(76.78±7.22),with a difficulty level of 0.77 and a discrimination level is 0.32,following a normal distribution.Survey questionnaire Cronbach'sαis 0.907,and the KMO is 0.825.The survey results show that over 95%of students are satisfied with the OSCE model,content,implementation process,rating standards,etc.More than 95%of pharmaceutical students believe that the OSCE model helps cultivate clinical thinking,enhance comprehensive practical skills,communication skills,and problem-solving abilities.Conclusion The application of the OSCE model in clinical practice assessment for pharmaceutical undergraduates can help improve their professional literacy and comprehensive practical skills in pharmaceutical services,promote the cultivation of applied pharmaceutical personnel,and is worthy of progress and promotion.
